Wet Dreams and False Images- unattainable expectations

Wet Dreams and False Images- unattainable images

In the above video link I have posted, Wet Dreams and False Images, men are astounded to discover that the images of women found magazines that they so highly regard are incredibly photoshopped and therefore unreal.

These select men are just a few of the many who place extremely high standards on women because they expect them to look as perfect as models in magazines, who in reality are nothing but an artist’s creation. Women in return place immense pressure on themselves to attain an image that is simply unattainable.

This is what is wrong with today’s society. Photoshop raises expectations to an impossible height and encourages women to hate their bodies and men to expect more from them. It is truly sad. Photoshop is an art form and needs to be viewed as such. If only society could learn to accept true and natural beauty.
